At Marhaba Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
- Personal care products
- Opened beauty items
- Customized products

Refunds:
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
